It allows for Sales to record the opportunity status by which tile you present the opportunity under, this hugely helps with Management being able to follow the opportunity status without chasing Account Management. In the notes section, it provides evidence of emails sent out to the client and their responses, this makes it easier to find evidence of the electronic trail instead of searching through emails.

Is there any onboarding fee?

No. Onboarding services are complimentary with your subscription. We will schedule a session with one of our onboarding specialists once you sign up.

Are there any additional charges for integrations with PSAs or distributors?

No, you just need to have an account with a distributor and/or PSA, and we will take care of the integrations for you. Click here to view our supported integrations.

Can I upgrade or downgrade from my existing plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time.
You will be immediately billed if you upgrade your plan or add any additional users.

How am I billed?

Your credit card is automatically charged monthly or annually, depending on the billing plan you choose. You will receive an invoice each month, clearly indicating what you were billed for.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept online payments through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Currently, we only accept payments online

Do I have to sign any long-term contracts?

If you choose our Monthly Billing option, you can cancel at any time. Should you opt to do so, we won’t prorate your last month, but you won’t be billed again.

If you choose our Annual Billing option, payment is collected up-front and is non-refundable. You will be able to access the platform till the end of the subscription period.

For both monthly and annual billing options, you can choose to cancel any time during our 30-day money-back guarantee period and get a full refund.

Can I use Zomentum for free?

No, you can't use Zomentum for free. If you want to try Zomentum, please schedule a demo with us. We offer a 30-day money-back trial period.
